BID INFORMATION “12.50 Surcharge Committee Sealed Bid Request”
The Holmes County Board of County Commissioners along with the Holmes County 12.50 Surcharge Committee will be receiving “Sealed Bids” for the purchase of the below Radio Communications Equipment. Please see Bid Specifications below:

(13) XPR 4550 Mototurbo UHF Mobiles (Installation will be replacement of an existing analog radio on the above 13 UHF Mobiles)
(13) QA00037 Keypad Microphones
(7) XPR 6550 UHF Portable
(5) PMMN4025A Remote Speaker Microphones
(5) Glass Mount GPS Antennas & Cables
All pricing shall include installation, programming, delivery and handling of above radios. Delivery of communications equipment shall be made to the Holmes County Emergency Operations Center located at 1001 East Highway 90 Bonifay, Florida.
All Bids shall be sealed and marked as: “12.50 Surcharge Bids” and may be hand delivered or mailed to the Holmes County Emergency Management Office located at the above address by June 10, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. Bids will be opened at 10:00 A.M. for submittal to the Board of County Commissioners for final approval.
The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept in whole or part what is deemed to be in the best interest of Holmes County.

Separate sealed BIDS for:
CR-2 RD IMPROVEMENTS will be received by and at the Holmes County Commissioners Office at 107 E Virginia Ave, Bonifay, FL 32425 until May 22, 2013 at 3:00 pm (CST). The bids will be publically open and read aloud. Then, the bids will be awarded at the next scheduled Holmes County Board of County Commissioners Meeting.
This Project includes the following improvements:
Resurfacing and demolition of the base at various locations between County Road 185 and the Walton County Line. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS include all pertinent attachments necessary in order for bidders to properly respond.
